Open the main console window.

Click the Personal Firewall Controls button under the My Computer tab.

Click the Settings... link in the Personal Firewall section on the right pane.

On the Personal Firewall Settings window, click the Advanced Settings button.

On the Advanced Personal Firewall Profile Settings window, click the Program Control tab/button.

Click the Add button to add a new program.

On the Add or Edit Personal Firewall Program Control Rule window, enter the following settings:

Description: Hamachi
Target: [Choose Select a Program and click Browse...] (The path should look like C:\Program Files\LogMeIn Hamachi\hamachi-2.exe)
Settings: [Choose Advanced]

Click the Add button to add a new rule.

On the Add or Edit Personal Firewall Network Control Rule window, enter two rules (one incoming, one outgoing) with the following settings:

Connection: Incoming (or Outgoing for the opposite rule, but not Both)
Response: Allow
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Ports: All ports
Types: Subnet mask (IPv4)
IP address: 5.0.0.0
Subnet mask: 255.0.0.0

Press OK until you return to the main console window.
