Message

Failed to enable Hamachi network adapter.
Context
The issue stems from the fact that normal users do not have the "Load/Unload drivers" right in Windows. There are a couple solutions for this issue. Your options are:
Resolution
Option 1
Upgrade that computer to Hamachi Premium and run it as a system service.
Option 2
Log on as an administrator, start Hamachi, and in Preferences > System > Troubleshooting > uncheck the "Do not disable Hamachi network adapter" box.

MAKE SURE THE INDICATED OPTION IS CHECKED!!!
Notes
Options 2 will make the boot time longer, as the computer will try to resolve an IP to the adapter, but can't as Hamachi doesn't start until after logon.
Note: This article was written for the Hamachi 1.x version. Some features and functionality may be different, missing, or using different steps in Hamachi version 2.x . If you wish to update this article to cover Hamachi2, change the {{{c-hamachi}}} tag to {{{c-hamachi2}}} after your edits.
