Go to Network Security tab, click on Personal Firewall.

Double-click your Active Firewall (I.E. Home network). Go to the Exception List tab, and click Add.

The following settings should be used: 

Description: Hamachi
Target: All applications
Connection: Incoming
Action: Allow
Protocol: Any
Port(s): All ports
IP Setting: Type: Subnet mask
IP Address: 5.0.0.0
Subnet mask: 255.0.0.0

Press OK twice, and Apply to complete.
